WHAT CAN I STORE? 

Almost anything as long as it is NOT highly inflammable, perishable, alive or illegal! 

 

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Our prices start at just £14.00 plus VAT per week. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?  

Storage units can be accessed Daily 0700hrs to 1900hrs

Staff available to discuss your requirements Monday to Friday 0900hrs to 1700hrs. Appointments available outside these hours by request. All messages and emails are responded to within 24 hours.

 

WHAT SIZE UNITS CAN I CHOOSE FROM? 

Our modern self-storage units are available  in a range of sizes from 15-240sq/ft as follows:

15, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50 and 60 sq/ft rooms suitable for most household storage.   

(Cupboard to Shed)

75, 80, 100, 150, 200 and 240 sq/ft units for when more space is required. 

(Single to Double Garage)

Container Storage 

Our external storage containers are 35, 56, 80 and 160 sq/ft

WHAT IF I NEED MORE SPACE THAN I BOOKED? 

No problem, provided we have availability you can switch units both when

you move in and whilst in storage. 

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM LENGTH OF TIME I CAN STORE MY PROPERTY WITH YOU?

You can store for as long as you need to subject to a minimum rental of 7 days.

The notice period you have to give us is just 7 days. 

 

HOW DO I PACK EVERYTHING? CAN YOU ADVISE?

We have a range of packing materials & supplies instore, and always happy to advise. 

 

INSURANCE? 

Insurance cover is not a requirement, but is strongly recommended. We suggest all customers check their household policy for cover whilst in temporary store. If not covered, we recommend you contact insurastore.com for a competitive quotation. J28 Self Storage Ltd will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage as a result of the client not having a suitable insurance policy in place.

ONCE I HAVE DECIDED ON THE SPACE I NEED, WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PRIOR TO GETTING STARTED?

You’ll need to let us have…

A form of PHOTO ID (such as passport or driving licence)

Proof of address such as a utility bill / council tax bill

Payment for an initial period by debit/credit card or prior bank transfer

 

You’ll be given a copy of our T&Cs and an agreement.
