What can I store?
Almost anything as long as it is NOT highly inflammable, perishable, alive or illegal!
How much will it cost?
Our prices start at just £9.00 per week plus VAT. We offer discount for 6 or 12 months rental paid in advance.
What are your opening times?
Our Office is open Monday to Friday 0900hrs to 1700hrs, Saturday 1000hrs to 1500hrs Closed Sunday & Bank Holidays
Internal Storage Areas can be accessed Monday to Friday 0900hrs to 1700hrs, Saturday 1000hrs to 1500hrs Closed Sunday & Bank Holidays
Container compound 0700-1900hrs, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, some containers have 24hr access.
What size rooms can I choose from?
Our modern state of the art storage rooms are available as follows:
15 sq ft (ideal for Students) 25, 35, 40, 50 and 60 sq ft rooms suitable for most household storage.
75 sq ft, 100 sq ft up to 200 sq ft rooms for when more space is required.
What if I need more or less space than I booked?
No problem, provided we have availability you can switch units both when you move in and whilst in storage.
Is there a minimum or maximum length of time I can store my property with you?
You can store for as long as you need subject to a minimum of 4 weeks rental. The notice period you have to give us is 7 days therefore you will never pay for space you do not need.
How do I pack everything, can you advise?
We have a range of suitable packing materials & supplies that you may purchase. We can help with any advice you might need.
Insurance cover is not a requirement, but is strongly recommended,. We suggest all customers check their household policy for cover whilst in temporary cover. If not covered contact insurastore.com for a competitive quotation. J28 Self Storage Ltd will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage as a result of the client not having a suitable insurance policy in place. If it’s worth storing, it’s worth insuring.
Once I have decided on the space I need, what do I need to provide prior to getting started?
Form of PHOTO ID – such as a passport/driving licence
Proof of address such as a utility bill / Council tax notice.
A Padlock for your own secure storage unit (we have a wide range in the Box Shop)
Payment for an initial period by debit/credit card, cash or prior bank transfer.
You will be given a copy our T&C’s and sign an agreement and insurance disclaimer.
